Kimberlee began her career in healthcare and nursing in the electric utility sector, progressing through roles that included on-scene command, fire brigades, fire prevention, and command-level incident management. This operational foundation was complemented by advanced education, extensive training, and certifications in emergency management, risk assessment, and continuity planning. Prior to founding FEMCS, Kimberlee served in leadership positions where she developed multi-agency response plans, led community hazard mitigation projects, and designed training programs that improved operational coordination and safety.

FEMCS provides a full suite of services: risk and vulnerability assessments, emergency operations plan development, continuity of operations planning, exercise design and delivery, hazard mitigation strategy, after-action reviews, and staff training.
